Kevin Haar is a software industry executive with a wealth of experience in company building. After six years at HP in a number of field and management positions, Kevin joined Rational Software in 1986 as the company's first salesperson. Over the course of the next 17 years, Mr. Haar played a key role in driving the company's transformation from a fledgling software startup into an industry powerhouse with over $800 million in annual revenues. Mr. Haar left Rational in 2003, following the completion of IBM's $2.1 billion acquisition of the company. Prior to his departure, Mr. Haar served as Rational's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations with responsibility for worldwide sales, consulting, training, support, and business development. In addition, Mr. Haar sat on Rational's executive management committee, through which the company's four highest-ranking executives and two founders charted its strategic direction.
President, Applicology and Former CTO, U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
Bob Flores is the Founder, President, and CEO of Applicology Incorporated, an independent consulting firm specializing in information technology and cyber security issues. Prior to starting Applicology, Mr. Flores spent 31 years at the CIA and held various positions in the Directorate of Intelligence, Directorate of Support, and the National Clandestine Service. Toward the end of his career at the CIA, he spent three years as the CIA's Chief Technology Officer where he was responsible for ensuring that the Agency's technology investments matched the needs of its mission. During this time Mr. Flores was also the Agency's representative on several government-wide information sharing committees and councils.
Lawrence A. Hough
Chairman and CEO, Stuart Mill Capital, Inc.
A life science and technology executive with extensive senior leadership experience, Larry Hough serves as the managing director of Stuart Mill Venture Partners, L.P. Previously, Mr. Hough was president and chief executive officer of Stuart Mill Capital, Inc. In addition to his responsibilities with Stuart Mill, Mr. Hough has been a member of the GeoEye Board of Directors since December 2003, serving in such capacities as chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee since June 2008, and as member of the Strategy and Risk Committee since June 2008. He also previously held the position of chairman of the Compensation Committee from April 2006 to June 2008.
Mr. Hough’s previous C-level experience includes SynXis Corporation, where he served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board for several years. Mr. Hough was also president and chief executive officer of the Student Loan Marketing Corporation from 1990 to 1997.
Currently, Mr. Hough serves on the boards of privately-held companies Appistry, Inc., Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc., and Sypherlink, Inc. On the nonprofit front, from 1985 to the present, he has served on the board and the audit and executive committees of the Shakespeare Theatre, and since 2006, he has served as a trustee for the Levine School of Music.
Mr. Hough’s additional boardroom experience includes prominent director positions with Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., and Collegiate Funding Services.
CEO, Pattern Insight
John Lovitt was a senior officer in Rational Software from 1990 to 2003, with roles including Senior VP Worldwide Field Operations, VP Americas Field Operation, and VP Worldwide Services. He played a key role in shaping Rational's team oriented approach to achieving customer results through improved software development capability. He started with Rational in 1986 in St. Louis as a Regional manager. Prior to joining Rational, Mr. Lovitt was with Hewlett-Packard for 13 years and McDonnell Douglas for 5 years. Since retiring from Rational he has been active in Habitat for Humanity, serving on the East Bay Habitat for Humanity board of directors. He is also active on advisory boards at WSU and UMR, and is currently president of the UMR Academy of Computer Science, in addition to serving on several corporate boards.
James V. O'Donnell
President, Bush O'Donnell Capital Partners
James O'Donnell co-founded Bush O'Donnell & Co., Inc. in 1988 and has been involved in all aspects of its activities. He is a Director and shareholder and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a principal of Bush O'Donnell Smith Capital Services. He has over 25 years experience as a securities broker and portfolio manager. Mr. O'Donnell was formerly Vice President in the St. Louis office of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he first covered major institutional fixed income accounts and later, large individual investors in the U.S. equity markets. In addition to his work with Bush O'Donnell, he also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Olin Graduate School of Business at Washington University and teaches the investment PRAXIS course — an investment course that allows graduate students to manage a portion of the University's endowment funds.

Ron Osman is a former United States Marine officer, and the founder, president and senior partner of the law offices of Ronald E. Osman & Associates, Ltd. Mr. Osman established his law practice in 1979, concentrating on actions brought under the Federal False Claims Act as well as actions concerning commercial law and personal injury. Mr. Osman completed his law degree in two and one half years and received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University in 1979. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Osman operates a variety of industrial and agricultural businesses. He is a member of Illinois Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and National Health Lawyers Association. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Dongola Clinic and is a Founding Member of Rural Health, Inc.
Peter F. Reinecke

Peter Reinecke founded his financial planning practice in 1995 with a focus on providing comprehensive business, tax and investment planning to successful business owners and their families. In the last 3 years Mr. Reinecke has expanded his advisory services to include capital acquisition for early stage companies. Prior to starting his own company Mr. Reinecke held positions in both public and corporate accounting working for two of the Big 6 public accounting firms in the 1980’s. He was awarded his CPA certificate in 1982 and his CFP certification in 1995. Mr. Reinecke earned a BS degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis in 1979 from Missouri University.
