Mark Dunkel

Private Investor

Mark Dunkel is a managing partner with Southeastern Technology Fund, a venture capital fund focused on early stage technology investing in the Southeast and other areas of the country. At the fund, Mr. Dunkel focuses on investments in communications software and services, transaction processing, Internet, wireless and media. Previously, Mr. Dunkel held a number of roles at the Robinson Humphrey Company, most recently serving as managing director and practice group head for communications and information services. Prior to Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Dunkel was vice president of finance for Monolithic Components Corporation, a venture capital-backed start-up that manufactured ceramic chip devices.

Kevin Haar

President and Chief Executive Officer, Appistry

Kevin Haar is a software industry executive with a wealth of experience in company building. After six years at HP in a number of field and management positions, Kevin joined Rational Software in 1986 as the company's first salesperson. Over the course of the next 17 years, Mr. Haar played a key role in driving the company's transformation from a fledgling software startup into an industry powerhouse with over $800 million in annual revenues. Mr. Haar left Rational in 2003, following the completion of IBM's $2.1 billion acquisition of the company. Prior to his departure, Mr. Haar served as Rational's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations with responsibility for worldwide sales, consulting, training, support, and business development. In addition, Mr. Haar sat on Rational's executive management committee, through which the company's four highest-ranking executives and two founders charted its strategic direction.

Mr. Haar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Thomas J. Hillman

Founder, Managing Partner, FTL Capital Partners LLC

Thomas J. Hillman (52) is currently a founder and Managing Partner of FTL Capital Partners LLC a merchant banking company and strategic management-consulting firm. Tom currently serves as Chairman of FindStuff.com, LLC , A Comparison Shopping Internet Company. He served until July 2007as Co-President Of America Water Heater Rentals, LLC, which recently sold to Mcquarie Bank Ltd. Previously he was CEO of the Fresh Fish Co, Inc which was sold to Global Seafood's LLC. During this time Mr. Hillman was also director and founder of Rain Forest Aquaculture Products, Inc, a Tilapia fish producer, which was sold to Commonwealth Development Corporation of the UK.

Mr. Hillman served on the Board of directors of Hoover's Inc. and was Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the audit Committee "HOOV" is a public, business content company, which distributes over the Internet and sold to Dun and Bradstreet in 2003. Mr. Hillman serves on the Board of Advisors of HealthPoint Capital LP, A New York based private equity firm that specializes within the Orthopedics business. Mr. Hillman currently is on the Board of Advisors of Creve Coeur camera and Board of director of Story Stores LLC.

John Lovitt

Private Investor

John Lovitt was a senior officer in Rational Software from 1990 to 2003, with roles including Senior VP Worldwide Field Operations, VP Americas Field Operation, and VP Worldwide Services. He played a key role in shaping Rational's team oriented approach to achieving customer results through improved software development capability. He started with Rational in 1986 in St. Louis as a Regional manager. Prior to joining Rational, Lovitt was with Hewlett-Packard for 13 years and McDonnell Douglas for 5 years.

He holds an MS in computer science from University of Missouri-Rolla, and a BS in aeronautical engineering from Wichita State University. Since retiring from Rational he has been active in Habitat for Humanity, serving on the East Bay Habitat for Humanity board of directors. He is also active on advisory boards at WSU and UMR, and is currently president of the UMR Academy of Computer Science, in addition to serving on several corporate boards.

James V. O'Donnell

President, Bush O'Donnell Capital Partners

James O'Donnell co-founded Bush O'Donnell & Co., Inc. in 1988 and has been involved in all aspects of its activities. He is a Director and shareholder and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a principal of Bush O'Donnell Smith Capital Services. He has over 25 years experience as a securities broker and portfolio manager. Mr. O'Donnell was formerly Vice President in the St. Louis office of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he first covered major institutional fixed income accounts and later, large individual investors in the U.S. equity markets. In addition to his work with Bush O'Donnell, he also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Olin Graduate School of Business at Washington University and teaches the investment PRAXIS course — an investment course that allows graduate students to manage a portion of the University's endowment funds.

Jim received both his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, serves as the Adjunct Lecturer in Investments in Washington University's Olin Graduate School of Business and teaches investments in the Executive MBA program.
