Windows XP SP3 fix coming today

As stated in this thread and here, we will shortly be putting up Appistry EAF 3.8.0.14 which allows installing Appistry EAF on Microsoft Windows XP SP3. I am in the process of staging the files now.

Additionally I will soon be making Appistry EAF 3.7.2.2 available on the site for the same reason.
