1. Appistry EAF Community Edition "Golden Ticket" contest:

   In order to qualify for the Grand Prize drawing taking place on April 11, 2008, registered users must download and install the software package, run the "Golden Ticket" application to find their Golden Ticket then post results to the developer forum.

   Limit one prize per person.

   Prizes:

   • Qty 1 - Amazon Kindle – valued at $400
   • Qty 3 – iPod – valued at $300 each
   • Qty 25 – $25 Amazon.com Gift Cards – valued at $25 each

2. First 100 people to post to the forum:

   Community members with a minimum of one eligible forum post (feedback about our products, the portal, the developer/download program or technical / support questions) as determined by the Appistry Peer2Peer team will be eligible to win an Appistry t-shirt. We reserve the right to remove or edit any material we deem inappropriate and ban accounts that misuse the forum.

   Limit one shirt per person. Sizes available = Men’s Large and Extra Large.

3. Report a bug:

Community members who report a bug are eligible to win an Appistry t-shirt.

All Contests

Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Appistry their immediate family members and persons living in the households of said employees are not eligible to enter contests.

Prizes

All prize values are in U.S. dollars. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions governing such prize, if any. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is not available.

Each winning contestant agrees that he or she will allow the use of his or her personal data (e.g. name, job title, company name) in publicity or advertising relating to contests.
