The fabric requires a license key to run. The license key expires by date. When the license key expires, the entire fabric stops processing and the fabric keeper writes a message to the log monitor. The license key also restricts the number of worker machines as well as logical CPU cores in a fabric. When the fabric contains the maximum allowed worker machines and/or CPU cores, and another machine joins the fabric, the fabric services will not start on that worker, and the fabric keeper writes a message to the log monitor.
If your license key is close to expiring or you need to increase the number of machines or CPU cores allowed in your fabric, contact your Appistry Sales representative.
