Saint Louis IT Coalition 2007

Appistry and its application fabric software were the topic of discussion at a recent symposium held by the St. Louis IT Coalition. Part of its Emerging Technology Forum series, local IT executives and practitioners were invited to learn more about grid computing.

Appistry chief executive Kevin Haar lead off the discussion with a presentation on overcoming the challenges associated with high-volume data processing in today's networked world. Clearent, a entrepreneurial company breaking the barriers to innovation in the transaction processing industry, discussed how it is coupling a next-generation user interface with a robust transaction processing engine based on Appistry Enterprise Application Fabric (EAF). Express Scripts, a Fortune 500 company evaluating Appistry's application fabric software, presented its experiences using the product to re-engineer legacy systems and build new software applications.
