As a service, Ayrris / BIO can be purchased on a per-sequence, per-experiment or per-sample analysis basis with zero upfront cost. Your data can be sent via hard disk or uploaded via the internet or private connection at your convenience.

The Infrastructure

Utilizing a multi-teraflop supercomputer and Tier 1 datacenter, Appistry delivers high-throughput analytics with hundreds of terabytes of memory and online storage, backed by petabytes of backup storage.

The Data Center

The Ayrris Service is a fully redundant infrastructure housed in independent datacenters. Each uses multiple redundant internet connectivity with full A-B power and a load-balancing model provides 100% up time. Internet connectivity includes Internet 2, Great Plains and other University backbone capabilities. Each installation is complete with a full-featured secure service offering.

The Environment

Built as a custom implementation to support high-throughput pipelines, Appistry runs Ayrris / BIO in an exceptionally managed, highly secure, multi-tenant environment. Our growing list of supported bioinformatics tools features many popular sequencers and aligners, and is routinely maintained and updated to support the latest analytics algorithms.

As an appliance, Ayrris includes predefined patterns for large-capacity processing across a vast range of algorithms, allowing you to fine-tune the system to your specific needs without significant development effort.

Ayrris comes with a massive library of applications, data, algorithms and enabling technologies designed to help you create custom deployments on the fly.
