High-Performance Computing
Ayrris™ / BIO was created to directly answer the large-scale data storage and processing challenges of high-throughput NGS analytics. It brings HPC together with cloud computing architectures and complex analytics to unite applications and data through Computational Storage™. The result is a system that combines three core technologies to create a single, unified platform that:
- Enables fast data processing rates to improve application performance and cost effectiveness
- Is easy to maintain with tools that allow a system administrator to manage a collection of machines as if they were a single system
